Led by Flavio Iavarone, a long-standing PDR training instructor at Ballsystem, technicians attending their first week of the course were able to learn the art of Paintless Dent Repair on site through the use of technical equipment and a combination of theory, classroom sessions and hands-on practice.
Briefings at the end of each day allowed participants to discuss and share critical issues, opinions and personal experiences, giving them the opportunity to immerse themselves fully in the BS world and observe real repairs as part of the daily routine.

I am extremely satisfied, as I have spoken with the participants and have seen their potential and their desire to grow in PDR, a complex and fascinating technique in which manual skills play a fundamental role and truly put you to the test.”
